Having recently decided to supplement his career as a wandering healer with a dabbling in the culinary arts, Mend has recently purchased the plot of land immediately adjacent to Murkfinger's and founded a bakery. It has been some time since our most esteemed employee, Daily, has had a fresh stock of merchandise and for that we extend our most heartfelt apologies. We hope all of our customers have survived these trials as nothing is better for business than a good spot of chaos and wanton bloodshed.

Gargoyles are once more threatening our fair realm. Having been defeated in the forests and catacombs of Yew, the gargish menace appears to have set it's sights on Britain - the flower of Britannia. Murkfinger's understands that many adventurers are answering the current call to arms and seeing off all manner of foes in the forests just south of the city limits. Naturally we have a personal stake in keeping this area relatively safe; we do business here. As you can see from the following map, the front line is advancing steadily forwards towards our doorstep...
