Introducing a new keg vendor.... recently made available at the premier MoB vendor shop from The Needy King.
Sterling has all kegs stocked as well as empty kegs for sale.

Keg Recycling - Buy Back - Drop Off
Used Empty Keg = 350gp turn in value.
To turn in used kegs for recycling, drop a bag with your empty kegs at The Illuminated Healer (drop off location) behind the tables. The bag MUST include a book that has your name in it in order for me to know who to credit. You will not be able to reach the bag once it's dropped behind the tables.
Please PM me on IRC and I will provide filled kegs for the value of empty kegs dropped. You may also turn in kegs to me directly by PMing me on IRC.
If I am not on IRC please PM me on forums and I will login.
New & Other Player Help
If you are a new player, you may contact me on IRC and I will give you anything you are needing to get started from my vendors at 0gp or a significantly discounted charge (at cost or below). I currently manufacture tools, add ons, lockpicks, armor, weapons, and more... You will also find that some items at this location may already be under cost from the individual merchants running vendors. We hope that you will remember us and visit our shop again. As you become a more experienced player you may still contact me on IRC for special prices. We are providing these a goods to support the UOSA market with the most needed things for reds and blues, vets and newer players. Please no fighting in shops as it may result in a ban for both parties involved regardless of player innocence (red/blue). Where we are able to determine the agressor, only the agressor will be banned. Please reserve this location as a place for peaceful trade and new player help, and fight outside only.

The Merchants of Britannia has placed a runebook here to all cities as a thanks to all customers!
In the case you ever are stranded without a rune, you can always buy some recalls from Neal and toss one into this book to get to any city location.
