PC: Vanq's and Power's

The basic setup seems to be 3k base for power, 8-10k for vanq. That's for your standard power/vanq weapon. Once modifiers come into play, you just have to figure that out on your own.

I do know that I've had no problems selling +20/vanq weapons for 20k+.
