It's a neon hue so an undyeable color. Also inside the bag came a trophy and jack o lantern deed the same hue, I posted pics in the Halloween Results thread found in Shard News.

That trophy is sick nasty. Grats bixby. I was home all day that day and just watched y'all in my journal visit each one of my homes. Daddy duties > trick or treat in UO unfortunately. Otherwise I would've sunk my whole day into it too. Well worth it (and fun!)
