Lightning and Mana Drain charges?

I hardly think anyone is ever in the market for such things, but any idea how much per charge a lightning and mana drain wand/staff could fetch?

I used to sell lightning for 25gp per charge on my vendor,

When i was selling in bulk id aim for 20gp per charge.

Never seen mana drain for sale, so cant comment
