Gheal and heal wands/ gstaffs

Whats the going rate (if any) for heal and gheal wands and staffs?
Is there a minimum number of charges per item for it to sell, etc..

Heal wand and staves are usually vendor fodder. The greater heal wands and staves with less than 4 charges get used on grinding sessions. If they have 4 or more charges, they go into the PVP stash. I've paid upwards of 75 gp per charge I think. I was the only bidder, and fairly new at time. I probably overpaid. I'm a macer though and they are worth more to me than the general population because when they are in my hand my macing skill is active. That staves actually do "enough" damage you don't have to necessarily run/hide during healing.
