These are not craftable, they were only available here pre-2010. No idea worth, i know back then some people had big stacks of them.

yah def not craftable as fox says...but idk how many stacks and stacks of them remain..cuz i know they at least 150k or so i been told before but been a while so not entirely sure how high the value is...y i asking if sum1 can appraise it :)
