Lies... there is alot of pvp on this server in fact i see at least 15 pvp experiences a day.. anyone that tells you most people dont pvp are in the wrong places

Some people have a very narrow view of what PvP is.

im pretty sure most of ur PvP encounters are probably the same few people just in different locations, haha

Don't come up saying you are new at WBB 
I am sure many people ran up to you and tried stealing from you to see if you were permagrey lol
Just skip right to the questions... otherwise people will take you as a thief
Pretending to be new is what most thieves do, keep a safe distance and then commence to chat.
Also, look for people in armor as mages are a bit more fidgety and paranoid within city limits. At least those who don't know how to or are too lazy to thief proof their packs.
