How did this happen? I was three tiles away from the walls. The door was locked, does the damage that EQ does- taking half of your life actually able to kill a non-toon mob, or something? I don't think meteor swarm would have worked either. Neither of my toons died by the pack horse did. Any guesses?

Probably suicide.

I heard him talking, he was unhappy with his love life.

Include a bigger screen shot of the surrounding area and I can tell you likely what happened.

I can say with near certainty right now that it was due to a "land dip" nearby.

I cropped it, so I'll have to have it happen again.

Don't need another pack horse to die, just a screen shot of the grass/land all around the house.

Researching what a "land dip" is will also help you solve the issue.

Yes, it halves the hits of PC's it's used on, but it can't take your last hit point, my horse died, but neither of my toons did. Unless, taking the last hit point doesn't apply to non-toons. Anyway, it just happened again. I took both an AVI video and a packetvideo. Except the packetvideo will crash if I drag the scrollbar too far, and the AVI video is upside down (in VLC or windows media player) and discolored. So looks like I have to do some video editing first. Ah..............very first time using windows live movie maker, it crashes..............

I can post the packetvideo if you want, but I'm having a hard time viewing it- well, the end where it happens. If I try to drag the scrollbar, whether I pause it or not, it will freeze or crash, what a piece of crap. Also, what's up with it thinking my house has collapsed? Let me wait through the whole thing..........................Ok, faccum kills the horse, probably with earthquake.

Only players are exempt from Earthquake death, everything else dies.
