NPC thieves stick their dirty little hands in a locked box
As the title says... NPC thieves, at-least at Bucs Den, have the ability to steal out of a locked box. Easy to replicate, just go attack a few with reagents, bandages, or gold in a locked box. Specifically I was using a magic locked crate.
