Possible bug with meditation having a delay.

I was testing meditation today and noticed that whenever used it takes about 2 tics for the meditation regen bonus to actually start working. Until 2 tics, it uses the passive regen which is slow.

In order to see what I mean, bring up your status bar and lower your mana a bit, then use meditation and carefully watch how long it actually takes for the mana to start gaining faster. It looks like there is a delay.

I believe mana is supposed to start raising faster as soon as the meditation skill is used, no other skill in the game is like this.

Is this intended or inaccurate? A possible bug?
