Skill Gain Bug
On only one of my accounts ive noticed that my chars will no longer gain certain skills no matter how hard i work on them. Is neone else having this issue? How do i contact GMs about this? All skills i want r set to gain and the ones i dont want, i have the arrows set to down

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have maxed out to 700 real skill and don't have any skills that you have points in with a down arrow.
If that is not the case, than it might be that the way you are using the skill is such that you have no chance to fail and therefore don't gain.
Any useful bug report requires significant details: What EXACTLY are you doing to train your skills? What are your skill levels currently at? etc. Provide those, and the problem will probably be easy for everybody to help you identify.
