Char creation

I dont know if this is a bug but when u go to make a char and u click advanced or sumething and u choose there stats 50 10 20 No matter what it ends up 49 12 19 i duno but this has done this to me 4 times now i was triying to see if i just messed up but nope sure enuff it did it to me each time

i believe this happened to me as well, the numbers appear random but they're never what you choose upon creation..

I know this isn't accurate, but I've added explicit code in the character generation that prevents you from starting with less than 12 dex. If you choose 10 or 11 dex, the validation routine will adjust it slightly so that your dex is 12.

If you have less than 12 dex every time you walk through someone you are out of stamina and can't move. We had a lot of new players paging about not being able to move, so this tweak was added.

Sorry about the confusion. It's in the patch notes somewhere, but it's not very well explained.
