Losing potion bottles

I have macro to empty my kegs into bottles, which I then use for trying to GM poisoning.

I have 100 bottles in my backpack, and the keg. When my macro runs out of bottles, I still have one more bottle worth of poison left in the keg somehow. When I have emptied the bottles by using poisoning skill, I have 99 bottles even though I started off with 100.
Death smiles at us all, but all a man can do is smile back.
