Wind is not dark!

The city of wind has the light levels of high noon! It's not dark at all.

Wind is an underground city and should have (I assume) the same light levels as a dungeon.

On OSI I remember having to cast night sight every time I went there.

Is razor filtering light levels on? Also do you have Dark Nights activated via in game Options > Display?

Light filer is off, dark nights are off.

I should be seeing what I see in a normal dungeon, instead its full daylight.

My recollection is spotty at best after 15-16 years, but I spent a fair amount of time in Wind back in the day and I seem to recall it wasn't dark like other dungeons.

You must remember the blue glow of wind! Those lil blue runes everywhere make a nice lightning effect.

High noon cant be right.
