Wrong Level 2 Dungeon Chest

I have noticed over the last couple of days that the Wrong Level 2 (Ogre Lords) chest does not appear to be spawning. I have gone to check this out a few times each day and it does not ever appear to be there. Am I missing something with this or is this a bug that seems to be happening which is making it not spawn?

Perfect, I will check it out the next time I am logged in. Wasn't sure what was going on since the chest itself wasn't there.
