Guild stone war's

Guild stones seem to have a maximum amount of guilds they will display on the war page... The amount they can display is no where near the amount of guilds that actually exist, thus making some guilds impossible to war.
For example, I've been trying to war TG after accidentally declaring peace, but their guild does not show up on the list. I've tried refreshing the war page over 100 times to no avail.
I believe TG is one of the harder guilds to war because of the insane amount of guilds that start with "the". "The" guilds pretty much drown out any guild that starts with the letter T.
pls halp.
