So, I have been long since unbanned from any dispute with Anarcho.

Its been buried. It doesn't matter. Its been over a year +

I speak often with various GMs on other matters, and I have also recently asked Anarcho if I was banned or not on IRC as my main handle "Taboo".

I do not use my nick because I do not want to be inundated with a large amount of players messaging me.

However, with a large project looming and a lot of players needing trade, I thought it was necessary to be "Taboo" to get the project done.

My IP was subsequently banned from IRC after logging on. Seems very tres bizarre and annoying. Is there a programming mechanism not being checked?

I'd love to know,

Your name was banned elsewhere than normal. I spoke with the Freenode guys and have gotten it corrected. Sorry about that.
