UO Second Age

Sorry if this isn't strictly the right place, couldn't find a more suitable sub.

I'm unable to post to New Player Help, there just isn't a 'New thread' button showing.

Is this intentional (as I've been registered for years) or a forum glitch?

I couldn't make one, either. So I posted it in the guides section since I saw a forum usage question there...

So, if it's a glitch, I, too, am affected.
