if you can find a way that doesn't use regs and is still effective lemme know.

this is my method:

if mana > 9 (assuming you have 100 int and >80 ish med)
cast spell poison
wait for target
target by type recall rune
end if
use skill meditation

You could die and res over and over...but it won't be a very quick way to get it done. Just inexpensive.

Set a macro to attack last target an in-town healer or npc, wait the 2 mins, res, then med when mana hits your sweet spot. Once your mana is > than that amount, repeat.
Save yourself the shame and embarrassment and just assume that if you can't understand me...you're the one who's retarded.

Do herding to raise STR and DEX to drop INT to 25 (it will be a pain to raise again, but that's your call) and use mana drain items, but I haven't actually tried it, I just assume it'll work.

You can actually use Ale to train medit up. You can set up a macro to get drunk (so you lose mana over time), medit, than just say something to cancel the meditation, so you get skill points and don't raise your mana, cause that's what you want.
I thought this was largely known.

There is a topic somewhere on the forums explaining this method. I'm quite sure you can go from 25 to GM medit with this. I've gotten 2 chars to 85 and 95 medit, and the gold you spend on ales isn't that much, in the end.

Man, I went to 80 meditation last night drinking liquor. Now I get this message "Inebration is not conduscive to mediation."

What? It worked last night but not tonight? Is this a conspiracy against me again?>

Ok well I'm drinking for real liquor now. So while "Inebreration is not conduciisve to medication" bear mind that "my foot is not conducusive to your ass" either!~

The macro for using liquor to gain meditation is tough. There's a sweet spot where you're still losing mana but not intoxicated enough to where you get that message. Play with it a little. You also want to get your mana in that sweet spot where gains are best. I believe the range is 120 minus med skill to 90 minus med skill. At least that's what I've read. Also, wearing leather armor is very useful because it will slow your passive regen.
