On two different chars I've gained skill level twice like 77.6 (+0.1) then again 77.6 (+0.1) then finally 77.7 (+0.1) next time it happens I will take a screenshot.
Anyone else?

This is your real skill catching up with your shown skill. The greater the distance from GM the more the primary stat (e.g. STR for Taming) effects the shown skill. At GM the shown skill = the real.
