Housing Decay Rate

Hi friends,

I was hoping somebody could post the average length of time each stage of the house decay process takes.

Slightly Worn -- ?
Fairly Worn -- ?
Greatly Worn -- ?
In danger of collapsing -- ?

AFAIK:

"Looks like new" for 2h before going slightly worn.
IDOC for 17-18h before falling.

Don't know the rest but houses are supposed to last for 14 days without refresh.

Btw, there is also a "somewhat worn" state after slightly worn.
