Nevermind. I figured it out lol.
Server restart is at 7:00am EST. It is usually back up within 30 minutes tops, generally shorter than that. Last save is generally 15 minutes before that, unless they've changed it recently. It gives you 15 minutes or so of Server Wars. Someone please correct me if they've changed the Server Wars time recently.
