UO Second Age

In T2A I remember there being loads of them in certain towns and there were always players gating in and out to snatch them up. Yesterday I went looking for some on a new character though and I hardly found any at all. At every spot I checked there was either one or none and there were no other players gating or looking for them either. Can someone tell me where the best places to find them on here are?
