Glad to find a server that is so true to this time period in game. Started last night and what a flood of good memories. Scratch the guide on macroing, found an awesome one in the guides section. :P

Have a question about housing: are all the possible plots taken? Do you have to find someone and buy the land/house? I've got a ways to go before I'll have the bankroll for a house, but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

See you in the world!

Welcome to UOSA!

If you get your advanced macro guide down I'd love to include it to complement this one http://forums.uosecondage.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=36806 on which I haven't gotten around to the advanced part.

As for housing, there are plenty of open spots for smalls, several for L-shapes, few for large bricks or patios, and very hard to find one for a tower. However, buying placed houses is not expensive, so a good tower might be running at deed+small house deed or so, which means you only pay 43.8k over the cost of the actual tower deed. Smalls go for as little as deed + 5k and some people will even let you use theirs for free for a while. PM Brules or Casey (Windspirit) if you'd like to use one of theirs.

Absolutely! I'll continue my work then. I was surprised at how powerful the Razor engine is.
