Two players in household

Yes I am one of those lucky guys who actually gets my wife to play UO with me. But this creates a bit of a problem because we can only have 15 characters between us.
I was wondering who I need to talk to about getting more account slots for us. I can do whatever is needed to verify that we are indeed separate players.
I already sent derrick a pm, but he hasn't had time to respond. ( I know he's busy ^.^)
