Bardiche timer question

When using a bardiche, is the cycling timer similar to a hally?

Regarding cycling. This plays off your wrestling timer, so it doesn't matter what weapon you are using, all of them cycle at the exact same speed.
Your cycle speed depends on how fast you punch, so, its dexterity based, not weapon speed based. (Technically, its the weapon speed of your fists)
