can anyone tell me how to setup a Mage/med/resist macro?

Can someone show me their code to macroing Magery med and resist? Im at 59.5 Mage, 30 med and 50 resist.
I will have another char healing me, I have a house and all that. Please help =)
Im not good with macros.

This is how I do it

use scissors, target cloth
use bandage, target Character B
Wait 6s
Loop

Character B
If mana > (int MINUS current med skill)
if hp > 50
Cast spell
target self
end if
if mana < (int MINUS current med skill)
use skill med
wait 10
end if
end if
loop

Its important you do this in a boat setup, as you can be killed in a house, even smalls I guess.
