back in the t2a era there was always one wanderin jhelom and one always was in basement of tanner in vesper, wondering where they are here.

there is on in britain. Leaving from the bank, head over the bridge and turn south immediatley. Go all the way south until you cannot go anymore and there will be a tavern there will the thief GM inside. His name is Thai

Another thief gm, "Rudi" is 3 buildings north and 1 building west from the indicated building in the image. It's a tavern by the river.
