Can a house owner steal a non-house owners vendor items?

If someone allowed me to place a vendor in their house, is it possible for them to dismiss my vendor or something and take all the items? Just wondering. Thanks.

Cunning items are really not worth anything.

Your items can't be stolen. You could be unfriended and not be able to access your vendor until it decayed but thats about the only way I can think of messing with you and your vendor.

If you're unfriended, and visit your vendor, his stuff will fall to the ground, and you could be banned from the house, effectively "stealing" the vendor goods from you. Same applies if the house is sold, as it clears the friends list.
