Windows 7 and Razor Display

I just started playing, and I'm using windows 7. Razor doesn't display in my title bar of the game, is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

You'll have to set your appearance settings to classic mode.

running razor in admin mode/windows xp compatibility worked for me.
