Anyone have any idea what a "skull of Ulysse Gautier"(sp) is? Junk, common, etc? I've searched with no luck in finding info on it.

That is just the skull of a player after you cut up their corpse and head. He is a Turkish player and/or troll you might see getting very angry in IRC.
