You are ranked on how many times you've won that tier, divided by how many times you didn't place at all. That determines your tier ranking.
RANKINGS
(Players are ranked by their ratio. Ratio = Tier Wins / Tournaments you didn't place at all... The third number, is total tournaments which is irrelevant to your ratio)

TOP TIER (Taken First Place)
1ST PLACE - Ohm x 1/0/1 Tournaments
2ND PLACE - Abyz x 1/1/2 Tournaments
3RD PLACE - Banks x 1/2/3 Tournaments
MIDDLE TIER (Taken Second Place)
1ST PLACE - Farnk x 1/0/1 Tournaments
