I can confirm the count down tables were released at the exact same time, I had a communication crystal blunder that stalled it a little bit.
I've added the countdown into the release table macro so that wont be an issue again. Previously I was manually counting down.
Typically it takes a few games for players to really get their bearings when it comes to strategy and familiarity of the environment. So long as this event is run often I foresee strategy and know how to be commonplace.

Potion well is in castle center structure second level. Literally in the center of the castle, second level. Hope that helps. Correct me if im wrong rose.

The best thing I can say about this is that it's a player run CTF event that actually feels like CTF!
I played a few test rounds (with a standard 700pt character) to make sure I was happy with the mechanics. It was good to smash face with a quarter staff for an afternoon. I hope to see more events of this nature - step up with a good idea and I will help fill in the gaps where necessary as I did with this one.

Minor changes...
- Teams are now allowed to fully stock before the game starts
- Added information on the "Countdown Table"
- Added the option to choose teams via team captains
The first official game will begin around the time boom gets back from vacation! Keep an eye out for the official game time/date. (likely every Saturday evening)
