New players will now receive a sextant to assist them in navigating the moongate system.

Skill use delays have been reduced for Anatomy, Animal Lore, Arms Lore, Eval Int, Forensic Eval and Item ID (very slightly).

Vendors are now vulnerable to attack. This does not apply to Bankers.

Criminals may now bank.

Northern Territory outdoor spawns have been adjusted.

Loot has been increased on some mid-level monsters. Wands and magic clothing should now spawn much more often.

Outdoor mobs should no longer vanish.

Implemented nightly server restart at 8am GMT.
