Changes effective this morning:

• Skill gain bug in mining fixed.
  Skill gain bug in Stealing fixed.
  Reagents for starting mages increased a little, the reduction on Monday was overdone.
  Energy Vortex cast time reduced
  Blade Spirits cast time increased
  Vendors will now become overstocked and may fail to buy goods or offer less for items that they already have plenty of.

The changes to vendors currently includes Gem sales as well but after tomorrow's restart the restriction will be lifted for gems only.
