- Fixed problem with items decaying in locked down containers
Heavy items and stacks of heavy items now decay at a slower rate (this is OSI accurate, but the timing may not be)
- Town boxes are now spawning items
Pheonixes are now spawning (rare)
Glacial staffs now drop, but they do not work correctly yet. If you get one save it, it will work after a future patch.
