Patch 81 - Jan 20 - Explosion Pots, Swing

• Fixes problem with purple pots blowing up in you face if you throw them in less than 1.0 secs of the explode action
• Correctly implements the 2.0 sec wait after removing a weapon.
  • This fixes an issue found in the last couple days allowing fast halberd swings.
  • OSI fixed this the same way:An exploit for getting slow weapons to hit faster has been fixed.

• All successful pet feedings will maximize the pets loyalty. Taming Archive
• Animals that were "angered" while being tamed were not having their ability to cast spells activated even though it's treated as aggressive by the tamer. This has been fixed. This change will mostly be seen in the White Wyrm behavior, but also applies to dragons and imps.
