Patch 91 - March 19, 2008: Weapon swing bug, NPC's, Sheep

Corrects major bugs in the swing timer.
- This was sometimes preventing players from swinging their weapons when attacking, usually after running unarmed.
- Corrects a flaw in the swing timer which was preventing a swing if a weapon was equipped while running. This was due to the "prep-delay" when equipping, the prep delay is not subject to the same limitations as the regular swing timer when moving.
Hirelings, Escortables and most townfolk now train skills, and have conversations outside town.
Corrected required taming skill for Predator Hellcat and Giant Spider.
Sheep wool growth more lenient in the proximity of other sheep.
