The mellee damage of Balrons was overdone in a previous patch and has been reverted.
An issue with insta-logging in the south west upstairs room in Sweet Dreams inn is fixed and the room reopened
Restricts client version to 5.0.0. with an Annoy gump. This will soon be more strict, but we're giving everyone a chance to patch up.
Red font color for "i must consider my sins" message when in stat loss
Banking is now allowed across regions, but not from within Game Regions. This is what was preventing banking from out of town and was a dirty fix a long time time ago to prevent people from banking from within events.
