Effective this morning:

• Fixed issue with map wrapping over in a boat. You should now be able to sail from the top of the world to the bottom and left to right with no hassles, and at any "speed".
• Awards for Second place in Tournament when total participants is more than 10. Trophy for winner only remains when participants are 10 or less.
• Corrections to Magic Arrow damage. was 4-8 and 75% if resisted. Now 1-8 and 50% if resisted. (Thanks Damaja)
• Snow and Ice Elemental spawn removed from Dagger Island. (Thanks Storm)
• Wisp spawn reduction globally
• Changes to Verity island animal spawns
