If your trying to place a castle, it might be cheaper to just buy a cheap castle on grass elsewhere... Chances are the people who own them have owned them out of spite and will only sell for high amount. Good luck though. Free bump

nah no castle but i wouldnt mind the next step down haha.
i assume the owner hasnt said anything due to not being interested lol, but either way im getting it out there that i want these two smalls
and i wont pay a ridiculous price. if it is a bad deal with spite i will ignore these houses and find something else lol.
i intend to use this as a guild house.

Not a big deal but I would put the house to good use haha, figure whoever owns it (vega I suspect) just wants to keep it so others can't use it lol, eventually I'll just set a ghost there when it is being refreshed.
