This is a nice house on grass, pretty close to both the DG Town AND the URK Fort! Just to the South you can find the Chaos Shrine, as well as the entrances to both Wind and Despise.
If you're tired of feeling lonely in your house, you can be assured that won't happen here. I usually focus on how secluded a house is, but not everyone's into that. If you're that kind of person, there's plenty of neighbors living near you in this area.
