Castle, Keep, Tower, Large Brick, Patio on Grass for sale

Post by fox_phyre »

These houses belong to a friend who asked me to handle the sale of his houses as he is quitting UO for an undetermined amount of time. All houses are located in the North Mines area (K^A Town Area) and will be sold as a group. Keep is very old (grandfathered wooden boxes in courtyards) so very secure, castle is somewhat secure (is also very old but may have been accessible during previous ownership.)

Asking price is in the neighborhood of 6 million for all houses, 8 million is the buyout. PMs are allowed. Serious bids only.

Would it be possible to request a UOAM map of the area with the houses for sale marked on it? Since it's sellin' as a whole it'd be nice to see their locations in relation to each other.

Walk up there.
If you're considering the purchase, at least tour the area.

The Tower is on the north wall of hte mountains and the Keep/Castle are due south of that and the Patio is due south of the Keep, with the LB to the West of the Keep.

I don't run UOAM because it is too much for my computer to handle along with a client (woooo era accurate comps)

But, the tower's steps can be seen in the top of the keep picture, the keep can be seen in the top of the patio picture (which also has the castle on the mini-map), and the LB is hugging the left side of the keep.

Wise, it's not that I can't see it. It's the fact that your picture is basically just the map of the area, not showing the actual homes for sale.

Hence, fail post. :)

Just messing with ya though. Thanks for trying to help out my neighbor. :)

Also, can you please remove the image from your quoted post. I upated my post with the smalls circled now.

I have spoken with the seller, and the owner, of the properties, to be referred to going forward as 'The Hobo Estates'.
We have come to the agreement for the sale of the Castle, Keep, Tower, Large Brick, Patio and Four Small Homes, located in East Ascalon, for the total of 6 million gold pieces.

An arrangement has been discussed that I will post here, and if all parties involved are in agreement, will commence shortly thereafter.
I will transfer 3 Castle Deeds to the broker of this transaction, for the transfer of the Castle Hobo, and Tower.
A payment structure of 300k per week has been agreed upon, with further home transfers as payments warrant them.
Early pay-off is possible, and highly likely at this point in time.
When the final payment is received, reaching the total of 6 million, the Keep, saved for last as a security measure and show of trust, will be transferred.

Several parties are involved in funding this transaction.
Primary Contributors (All K^A) are as follows:
Staog
Les Claypool
Vilenarios
Liquilogic
Blaise

Properties undesired by contributors at the close of the transaction will be held by myself and delegates within the guild, mules providing, to be sold within the guild going forward.

I'd like to give my thanks to the owner of these homes. The Kingdom of Ascalon appreciates his willingness to work with us to secure these wonderful properties. Know that on your return, should there be anything you need, I will always welcome you to the neighborhood. :)

Anyone involved in this transaction, if you have the time I would appreciate your word of approval on this thread of trade.

Sincerely,
Sturm, Royal Council, Kingdom of Ascalon
