Priced way too high and at best this is only really a place to store some pvp supplies if you spend all day at the GY fighting.

Don't see how there would be any pvp involved just by owning the house, all you're really going to do is run inside and ban people. Maybe if it were a patio and you could walk onto the porch and shoot/cast over at people it would be different, but as a small the only real bonus it provides is just another place for you to run to and hide.

see it more as a vendor spot with the option to hide in.
it may be a high price i am aksing for sure but thats what it is.
so if someone is willing to pay this and run a vendor there he got the chance right now.

I was actually going to say it is more of a prime location to vendor from, than pvp.

But the way I look at it is, all of the "rich pvpers" already own multiple castles & keeps and don't even go to the graveyard as it is already. So you would probably have the most luck just selling reg bags & equipment for gy pvpers who go out there to screw around and die frequently. But then again @ 3 million gold thats a large investment for people who are most definitely broke anyways.

But good luck and if you pull 3 mil out of it I will be impressed.
