Vesper Secluded L-Shape

Have a secluded L-Shape just a stones throw from Vesper.

Starting Bid: Deed + small
Buy Out: Deed + 100k
Auction length: Saturday 22nd, noon CST or 24hrs after last bid (which ever is later)

Payment will be received first, then transfer will ocurr, or a broker can be used at the expense and contact from the buyer.

A brick or patio will not fit. It's a tight fit for an L.
