Selling one of the few bridged housing developments on the server! If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's basically a player-made bridge connecting the tower and the castle via the roof.

The castle and tower are located in the Fens of the Dead. Low spawn, almost zero foot traffic.

This auction is for both houses and will not be sold separately.

Starting bid: 2 castle deeds
Buyout: 3 castle deeds

Auction ends Wednesday, Feb 20th @ 9PM EST or until the buyout is met.

At auction end or buyout, a broker will be used to transfer the houses and deeds.
