Superb house location for the avid Miner! I purchased this home with the intent of GM'ing a Blacksmith, and now that I have done just that I am looking to give someone else that same opportunity! I was never attacked / PK'd here or in the adjacent mining cave during my journey to Grandmaster Smithing and have never seen anyone in any of the other houses that are on-screen. Very high concentration of Shadow spots inside the cave itself (Do not recall exactly what other colors spawn, but this was crucial to me b/c Shadow is my favorite Ore color)!

I originally bought that house around New Years and have *never* seen anyone in any of the 4 houses that surround it, save for the very occasional random miner using the one right in front of the Mine entrance. Maybe "a mexican" can help you down the road, but I don't have any information for you, sorry.
