Broker: If you want to use one we can not a problem, as long as they are a trusted broker by both myself and the buyer.
Spawn: Extremely light, I think I seen 1-2 mongbats and a ratman over the time I've owned it.
Perks: It's on the road, it has a dirt pathway to it and a street lamp to keep the thugs and ruffians away. Great placement some foot traffic but I'd expect some due to location.

The starting price is changed to 4 PATIO DEEDS, we now have acquired all of the homes at this spot.
Any bids before now will be forced to be null and void due to the recent addition of homes to this location.
