I am am very on the fence on selling this place. I bought it for 2 mil some time back I believe. I would def not sell it for less and prob would not sell it for the same price. It is pretty much one of the only house in game you can farm from which is semi decent loot, It averages out to be like 1k per every 3-5 mins id say. It is a for sure a leet house to have. There is alot of traffic that comes by here all day, so it is good for pvp as well. I honestly dont know if I want to sell this but id see what type of offers I would get for it. Im sure if someone gave me a offer I could not pass up id part ways with it. You can pm me or leave your offer here if I dont reply its prob cause im not intrested in your low ball offer.

Bump just because this is honestly one of the best spots you could have for many reasons...
1) Right next to lich spawn (Farm yourself or place vendors for new players farming easy liches)
a) farm yourself
b) sell goods on vendors
- bandages
- armor packs
- potions
- reg bags
- weapons
2) Good spot for easy kills on a pk and would bring in decent loot
- Could easily hide outside house or inside and wait for farmers and since most are noobs you could easily exp fs to death since most have relatively low resists..

More possibilities im sure, just two i would capitalize on myself if i were rich enough to purchase.
